The municipal parking fee is regulated by each city, and may vary depending on the area and the schedule. Each time you park, you will have to pay the municipal parking fee (VAT free) and a management fee (VAT included). Pango automatically calculates the municipal parking rate according to the city, area and time. You just have to confirm the city and the area and select the time you are going to park.
The municipal parking fee is exempt from IVA. The management cost if IVA is included in the charge.
No, the management cost is only charged once the initial parking session. If you need an extension to extend the parking time, you will only have to pay the fee regulated by the city.
In some cities the service concession operator does not assume the cost of such service, therefore, a management cost must be charged, which includes the cost of payment processing.
Yes, normally each city limits the time to park in a certain area. The limitation is defined in Pango, making its use as simple as possible.
Your data is totally safe. Pango is certified with PCI Level 1, the highest security standard in digital payments. If you wish, you can request a copy of the certificate at info@mypango.com.
Parking time limits vary from city to city, but you can see it in Pango. We will never let you pay more than the regulation allows. If you cancel the parking session before it ends, we will refund your money for the unused time.
Normally there is a minimum time that is regulated by each city.
Yes, Pango is set to only pay during regulated hours, unlike most parking meters that usually accept payments even after regulated hours.
No. Pango offers you the option to pay with a PayPal account for those who do not have or do not want to use a credit or debit card.
When you pay through the Pango application, your registration number is securely registered in our database, with payment information, duration, city and area. All this information is sent in real time to the reviewer / controller. When the reviewer / controller enters your registration in their verification application, they will indicate if that registration has made a payment for the area and time that the verification is being made. Very simple and safe!
If having obtained a ticket using any of our services your vehicle is reported, send us a copy of the email newsletter info@mypango.com complaint. Our support team will review the case and, if applicable, manage the claim.
